We love Innovation!!!!!  We work within our Eco-system to create a wide range of products to provide solutions for our clients.  Its really important to get a clear understanding of the brief.  So we follow a very simple structure to innovate new product. 

Firstly we identify the problem(s) we are looking to solve; we call this an insight and this can come from any number of sources, Customer, Designer, Developer, Manufacturer.  Once we identify the insight we ideate around possible solves. 

We then take the top possible solves and look to create dirty proto types to find a proof of concept.  We use available tools, raw materials and craft a possible solution.

 Within this stage we want to fail fast and find the most suitable solve.  Once we have a positive dirty proto(s) we then look to create a more complete Prototype including cost and feasibility of production,  We call this a proof of commercialization.  We look at how we can mass produce and look at creating samples in an industrial way.

We then full test this clean proto in a closed environment such as a wear trial group, select customer group, or amongst the team as determined by the client.  We also complete all physical testing to ensure the performance of the product stands up to normal wear and tear. 

Upon approval we can then go to full production where we support the client on the handover to the manufacturer.
