Over the past 5 years there has been an upsurge in small startup companies looking to get their product to market.   They require support from industry experts, however to employ a team with an RM developer, a sourcing manager, a pattern maker, a product developer and a product integrity manager, it becomes cost prohibitive. We chose to build Won-Access to provide a range of services to fill in these gaps to enable you to get your product to market.

We work with companies and Brands of all sizes who are looking for support in one or multiple areas of their supply chain.  Whether this is sourcing for a new vendor, or developing a new product.  It is often project work utilizing our experience in product development to collaborate on getting a product to market.  In some cases its creating a whole supply chain strategy to meet the continuous growth.

With speed to market being a key driver, the way Brands develop product now has radically changed.  There is more pressure on the vendor to come up with innovative “on trend” products that meet the quality, cost and lead times of the Brand.  We support manufactures in a number of ways by; collaboration in understanding design briefs, collaboration in ensuring product meets quality requirements, and collaboration with presenting to Brands so product can be presented with the Brand DNA focus..

Over the past two years we have been actively working with Universities on a number of projects.  These projects start out as concepts and ideation often without a way to commercialize in a market.  We connect the key players in the Won-Access eco-system to build prototypes, test product and introduce to manufacturing partners and ultimately get product to market.  A great opportunity to see this come to life is with our Won Spectrum program.
