One of the coolest technologies we have access to with Won.house is the coloring technology.  We have taken a pre-existing technology and made it better.  We worked with engineers in Taiwan to create a sublimation machine that out performs current machines and processes.

As you can see in the photos attached we can obtain color fastness that out performs the best on the market.  Over the last two years I have been working with engineers and built a complete roll to roll and drop print machine.

We use a modified way of sublimating paper to fabric.  This allows us to sublimate through applied chemistry.  Such as DWR, Wicking and Softeners.  Whats also really cool is that we can link it to our software and created graded nested patterns which opens up mass customization.

We did enormous amounts of testing on the process to understand the parameters of the machine and process to get very good colorfastness on fabrics.  With our internal lab testing in Won.house we are able to focus on the process and fine tune the technology.

This technology is now available for bulk production of roll to roll and drop print for garments.  Just reach out if you want to know any more.
